Based on the successful wheel loader system the Loadman forklift scale system provides accurate individual and accumulated load data when loading trucks.

The Loadman system consists of a hydraulic pressure sensor and load coder to convert the analogue signal to weight reading which is displayed on a cab-mounted meter.

This scale system measures the high pressure in the hydraulic lines to determine the load on the forks. A 2-wire digital signal transmitted to the in-cab meter makes the pressure measurement immune to electro- magnetic interference and moisture.

The Loadman meter provides an accumulate key which adds up individual loads to a total payload; this can be reset via the front panel. An RS232 printer option is available.
