Recent developments have seen the introduction of systems which are a combination of various technologies from our suppliers. We call these systems our Hybrid range. The ability to link mechanical sensors for spring suspension from Red Forge with the technology of Loadman’s LM200 meter and electronic capability enables us to supply a cost-effective system with the latest benefits in technology. We are also able to supply load cell based systems for spring suspension trucks.

Suspension based scale systems are more cost-effective than load cell based systems especially for installations on vehicles in service. Load cell installations are usually completed at the time a truck body is fitted as part of the manufacturing process.

The Loadman LM200 meter is supported with Loadman Fleet Management Software, this software is unique as it is based on payload weight as a primary reporting capability. The software has a GPS tracking component with the latest offering using Google maps.

The software allows customer details or locations to be downloaded and uploaded from the LM200 meter based on GPS coordinates. Data communication between the LM200 meter and PC is by Bluetooth collection where a no communication cost option is selected or via phone modem. The modem option is required for live vehicle tracking data.
